As a global connected technology leader with dedicated customers around the world, we at HARMAN understand that the futures of the automotive industry and cars themselves are changing quickly. As the car evolves into a third living space for drivers and passengers, emphasis will be placed on the development and implementation of a digital ecosystem that allows for an abundance of choice and customization, all within the car, to ensure a seamless, secure and strong experience.
Just how will this be achieved? Through a connected, in-vehicle app store, such as the HARMAN Ignite Store. According to a recent KPMG survey of automotive executives, 82% believed the car needed its own digital ecosystem. In 2018, 3 out of 4 new cars sold in the US included embedded connectivity. All of this indicates that the transition of the car from a means of transportation into a third living space is happening at a rapid pace, and we at HARMAN want to help app developers around the world create the perfect in-vehicle app that will be loved and experienced by consumers for years to come. Join us for a special webinar covering this topic titled, “In-vehicle App Stores for Android Developers: Cutting Through the Hype.”
On July 21st (08:00am PST, 11:00 am EST, 17:00pm CEST, 11:00pm Beijing Time), HARMAN brings forth a webinar that features a panel of subject-matter experts – including our own product manager and UX lead for HARMAN Ignite Store alongside guest panelists from LiveXLive and Sygic – two content partners already available on our Store -- who can help Android developers cut through the noise, confusion and hype surrounding in-vehicle app stores.
