With over two decades of experience in strategic sourcing and operations management, Lily’s thoughtful guidance of HARMAN’s global supply chain efforts has helped the company deliver cutting-edge connected solutions for the home, car, and on-the-go that anticipate consumer needs and exceed expectations.

With more than 25 years of software development and engineering experience, Gunjan deeply believes in taking an out-of-box approach for complex problem-solving. Leveraging her extensive technical knowledge, strategic big-picture thinking, and customer service expertise, Gunjan spearheads a global team of engineers responsible for developing and delivering world-class infotainment, Bluetooth, and connectivity solutions to some of the world’s top automakers.

Gunjan is passionate about increasing the visibility and recognition of women in STEM careers. She leads the local chapter of the HARMAN Women’s Network, a resource group dedicated to enhancing our company culture and providing support and opportunities for female employees to drive their careers forward. Outside the office, Gunjan volunteers as a Coach for her local Science Olympiad, as well as Assistant Coach for the Girls Robotics Team at Lawrence Technological University.
