The study measures vehicle owners’ experiences with quality, design, and sound performance of the Branded Speakers in their automotive sound system.
With more J.D. Power Awards in the category than any other supplier, HARMAN was singled out by vehicle owners as the audio supplier with the highest quality and satisfaction ratings in both Midsize/Large Premium and Small/Compact Premium vehicle segments. HARMAN swept the Premium category with wins for the Revel system in the Lincoln Navigator and the Lexicon system in the Genesis G70.
This best in class recognition is especially exciting as it confirms that real-life owners have identified HARMAN branded car audio as a key driver of vehicle satisfaction.
