STAMFORD, CT -- Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE:HAR) declared a cash dividend on August 6, 2013 of $0.30 cents per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.
The quarterly dividend will be paid on August 30, 2013, to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on August 16, 2013.
