STAMFORD, CT -- Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE:HAR) declared a cash dividend on August 10, 2011 of $.075 cents per share for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2011. The quarterly dividend will be paid on September 6, 2011, to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on August 22, 2011.
