Stamford, CT 2023 – October 25, 2023 - Today, HARMAN International Industries, the premier connected technologies company for automotive, consumer and enterprise markets, launched the JBL CLUB and Infinity Reference subwoofers. The four new models combine deep, powerful bass delivery with extreme energy efficiency to offer great sound in any vehicle audio system.
The new subwoofers feature 400W and 350W power handling and SSI (Selectable Smart Impedance), allowing users to select either 2 or 4 ohm-settings tailored to their unique layouts. Compatible in both sealed and bandpass box configurations, the subwoofers offer distortion-free performance and allow increased flexibility for installation to the user’s preference.
The JBL CLUB series subwoofers are engineered with a proprietary Poly woofer cone, providing optimal sound output while maintaining its shape to prevent unwanted distortion at high volumes. The sleek and clean design features a large inverted dust cap mated to a classic JBL orange cone for a subtle pop of color and a slash pattern forming the signature JBL Horn design. The Infinity REFERENCE series subwoofers are equipped with double-stacked magnets, allowing the voice coil to project clean sound at high volume levels. An Infinity-logo-inspired radial texture with a copper-plated Infinity Mobius design on the dust cap gives the new subwoofers a style flourish fit for any vehicle.
