IFA 2017, BERLIN – AUGUST 31, 2017– HARMAN International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. focused on connected technologies for automotive, consumer and enterprise markets, today announced the latest addition to its JBL E-series line of headphones, the JBL E65BTNC. The over ear, wireless, active noise-cancelling headphone is built to complement music lovers’ everyday lifestyle, whether on-the-go, in the office or at home.
The JBL E65BTNC headphone provides exceptional active noise-cancelling technology, which reduces outside noise and gives listeners a more immersive sound experience. Providing listeners more control of the noise-cancelling experience, this technology also allows them to control the amount of environmental noise they want to let in or block out with a simple press of a button. Engineered with JBL’s Signature Sound, the headphone offers superior bass and high quality audio for up to 24 hours of play time in Bluetooth mode. The E65BTNC headphone plays for an impressive 15 hours with active noise-cancelling turned on and can be fully charged in just 2 hours so listeners can get right back to favorite playlists and podcasts.
With a soft, fabric headband and form-fitting ear cushions for an immersive listening session, the headphones combine both comfort and fashion. A perfect combination of style and simplicity, the device is available in three different color options including Black, White and Stone Blue.
Like the other JBL E-Series wireless headphone models, the E25BT, E45BT and E55BT, listeners can connect to smart devices through Bluetooth for a hands-free experience. The headphone is designed with music control buttons on the ear cup to use in wireless mode and includes a detachable fabric cable with one-button remote for wired listening mode. The JBL E65BTNC headphone effortlessly switches from playing music from one portable device to answering a phone call on another, so listeners never miss a call while enjoying music or watching a movie. The onboard mic ensures crystal clear calls.
“The popular E-Series line-up now offers even more options with the addition of an active noise-cancelling headphone,” said Jessica Garvey, Vice President, Headphones and Wearables, Lifestyle Audio Division at HARMAN. “All six lifestyle models in the series offer long-lasting comfort, impeccable sound quality and a stylish design for music lovers who are constantly on-the-move.”
