JBL Horizon 2

Rise and Shine With the JBL® Horizon 2 Bluetooth Clock Radio: Sound That Kickstarts the Day

JBL Pro sound, crystal clear radio, dual alarm settings and ambient lighting set the stage for the ultimate morning experience

CES 2020 – LAS VEGAS, NV – JANUARY 6, 2020 – It’s time to ditch your generic, piercing smartphone alarm. The JBL Horizon 2 Bluetooth clock radio and speaker duo customizes the wake-up experience to help make anyone a morning person. Following the success of its predecessor the JBL Horizon, the Horizon 2 features an updated design, dual alarms, a large time LED display, ambient lighting and presets for quick access to your favorite radio stations.

Designed to integrate into any bedroom décor as the perfect accessory, the Horizon 2’s compact yet unique design, does just that, complements the room with soft and rounded lines in industrial colors like bold black and soft gray. The Horizon 2 has dual alarm capabilities and allows more than one person to set an alarm, each set to the individuals’ preferences and wakeup times. The clock’s rotary control knob makes it easy to hit snooze and turn off, no matter how groggy the user is. And for those looking to upgrade their standard alarm can easily adjust the speaker’s knob to create custom radio presets, providing quick access to favorite stations. Accompanied with ambient LED lighting technology, the Horizon 2 acts as a nightlight system.

The crystal-clear, room-filling sound quality makes the Horizon 2 stand out among the crowd. Music lovers will get to experience the same elevated JBL Original Pro Sound embedded in the brand’s popular headphone and speaker offerings. Like the JBL Horizon, this speaker delivers deep bass, impressive timbre and a solid balance among low to high frequencies. Superior driver materials give the Horizon 2 an edge, showcasing how design positively affects sound output.

“We understand that morning routines are different for everyone, which is where the JBL Horizon 2 comes into play,” said Dave Rogers, President, Lifestyle Audio Division at HARMAN. “As a Bluetooth speaker and clock radio, it’s designed to adapt to the individual’s preferences, creating a customizable and personalized experience.”

The JBL Horizon 2 will be available in DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) versions in select regions across the globe. To find out more visit JBL.com.
