In this special series, guest host Jeffrey Hannah of SBD Automotive interviews EPM Advisory Council Members from SAP, HERE Technologies and Polaris

As you may recall, HARMAN launched its Experiences Per Mile podcast in late 2019 to explore the bleeding-edge technologies driving the future of consumer-centric mobility experiences. A variety of thought-provoking episodes have been released over the past year for your listening pleasure.

We are pleased to announce today that there are three new episodes of the HARMAN Experiences Per Mile podcast with guest host Jeffrey Hannah, Director of North America at SBD Automotive. In this new special series, Jeffrey Hannah speaks with leaders from SAP, HERE Technologies and Polaris – fellow members of the Experiences Per Mile Advisory Council – about their company's contribution to enhancing the end-to-end consumer experience for the mobility space.

The EPM Advisory Council is an independent organization that was launched last October by HARMAN and SBD Automotive. This EPM Advisory Council now includes 23 companies with 33 members. The purpose of the EPM Advisory Council is to:

  • Identify changing trends in mobility
  • Evaluate the changing value chains in automotive
  • Inspire cross-industry collaboration
  • Fuel meaningful consumer innovation
  • Uncover best practices for the industry
  • Explore a new EPM metric for consumers

The host of the EPM podcast, Karen Piurkowski, Global Automotive Marketing Director for HARMAN, co-facilitates the Experiences Per Mile Advisory Council with Jeffrey Hannah. Jeffrey served as guest host for this series, calling attention to the recent EPM 2030 report, which explores how the automotive industry is putting the consumer first and foremost in this next decade of the mobility industry’s experience-led transformation.
