STAMFORD, CT – Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE: HAR) today announced that in the severe aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, the Company will postpone results for its Fiscal 2013 First Quarter, previously scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 8:00 a.m.

The Company will now issue its First Quarter 2013 Earnings Report on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 8:00a.m, with the earnings release and supporting slide deck available via BusinessWire and on www.harman.com. The conference call with Harman management has been rescheduled to 11 a.m. EDT.
